Pre Property Service: We recommend that a Drainage Survey is carried out before a Property is purchased to determine if there are any faults with the drainage system and avoid any additional costs/repairs after the sale has been agreed.

Before & After Building Works: Protect you and your client prior to any new building work on a customers property. Our reports are also required for Building Inspectors in some instances.

To Identify the Cause of a Blockage: If a blockage cannot be cleared using high pressured water jetting and because drains are largely hidden from view, the exact cause of the problem may not be immediately apparent. In these cases it may not be necessary to conduct a CCTV survey.

Don’t panic, this may not be as expensive as it sounds! Once we have carried out the survey we will supply you with a written report and Survey Recordings outlining the findings. There are many different types of structural defects that can occur in underground pipe work.
